Beskrivelse
Elements Arctic Camp is a small family company, owned and operated by Per-Magnar Halvorsen and Lise Haug Halvorsen. We are keen outdoor recreation enthusiasts with a special interest in sea kayaking. We are both certified tour leaders for sea kayaking, and wish to share the wonderful coastal nature with you. Lise grew up in the deep forests of Värmland in Sweden, while Per-Magnar is from Finnmark County in Northern Norway.
